good game, was unsure why i got green ticks instead of stars after a while would help to be told clearly that there is a challenge of using the minimum "selves" and perhaps label the minimum needed in level

I’ll make some changes to make it clearer that the goal is minimum number of selves, as opposed to a time constraint or something else.

might be cool to add something to avoid something that can get you stuck or make you go "what just happened"
I was considering adding situations which would cause paradoxes, but didn’t want to overcomplicate things.
May I ask how far through the game you have gotten?
